CTI report QIP-ASI2531201 covers heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium) and phthalates on printed canvas and frame material. Ask us for the PDF and check the number with CTI directly — we would rather you verified it than trusted a badge on a page.

Made-in-China audit

Our Made-in-China storefront carries an audited supplier profile with a 5.0 / 5.0 rating across all verified transactions. The audit report is public on that platform.

What we do not claim

We are not an Alibaba Gold Supplier with a five-star badge. We do not publish client logos without written permission, and we do not show factory photos that belong to someone else. If a supplier’s page is full of awards you cannot click through to, treat it as decoration.

Inspection and standards

• Print permanence: pigment inks rated for indoor display, UV-stable under normal lighting
• Frame moisture: kiln-dried pine, 8–12% moisture content at assembly
• Hardware: stainless or nickel-plated hooks; sawtooth hangers on sizes below 40 cm
• Packaging: 5-layer corrugated export carton, corner protectors, moisture barrier on sea freight
• Drop test: 80 cm, hard floor, one carton per 50

If something is wrong

Send a photo within 30 days of arrival. If it is our defect, we replace or credit — no argument, no request to ship the faulty piece back at your cost. If it is transport damage, we help you file with the carrier and still send replacements at cost.

Compliance note for buyers

Wooden frames entering the EU fall under EUDR from 30 December 2026; ask us for the species and origin declaration on your shipment. US importers should confirm current Section 301 tariff lines for HS 4911.91 before costing a container. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and species declaration you need for both.
