Ordering
What is your minimum order?
Ten pieces per design for canvas and crystal porcelain, twenty for LED and diamond painting. Mixed designs are accepted against a 50-piece total.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sample lead time is 5–7 working days, courier at your cost, and the sample fee is refunded against the bulk order.
Do you have a catalogue with prices?
The website shows FOB reference prices per design. Send us your size and quantity and we will return a written quotation with freight options within one working day.
Production
How long does production take?
15–25 days after artwork approval for most orders. During the pre-Chinese-New-Year peak, add a week and book early — we publish a cut-off date in November and hold to it.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes, against a pantone number, a fabric swatch or a physical sample. For hand-painted work expect a 5–8% variation against the digital proof; that is the nature of the medium.
What if my artwork is low resolution?
Send it anyway and we will tell you the maximum printable size, or rebuild it as a vector illustration for a design fee.
Artwork and rights
Who owns the design I send?
You do. We never resell it, never list it in our catalogue, and never show it publicly without written permission.
Can you print licensed characters?
No — not animation studios, film franchises or sports clubs — unless you hold the licence and can show it. This protects you at customs as much as it protects us.
Payment and shipping
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% against the bill of lading. For first orders we can also work on Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer an escrow.
Which terms do you quote?
FOB Ningbo by default. CIF, DDP and air freight are quoted on request; for DDP we need your postcode to calculate duty.
How is the artwork packed?
Rolled in a tube for unframed canvas, flat in a 5-layer carton with corner protectors for framed pieces. Sea freight gets a moisture barrier.
Problems
What if the goods arrive damaged?
Send photos within 30 days. If it is our defect we replace or credit; if it is transport damage we help you claim with the carrier and still send replacements at cost.
Do you attend trade fairs?
Canton Fair phase 2 in spring and autumn, and we visit buyers in the Gulf and Europe twice a year. Ask for the dates and we will book a slot.

닝보에서 부산항·인천항까지 해상 2–4일, 항공 2–3일, 샘플은 DHL/FedEx로 2–3일 걸립니다. 인쇄 장식 그림의 관세율은 낮은 편이고 통관 시 부가세(VAT) 10%가 부과됩니다. 인보이스·포장명세서·재질 설명서를 준비해 드려 관세사 사전 등록을 지원합니다. 호텔·카페 프로젝트는 실물 샘플로 색상과 프레임을 먼저 확인하실 수 있습니다.

호텔·카페·인테리어 프로젝트는 먼저 실물 샘플로 색상과 프레임을 확인하는 경우가 많습니다. 납품 전 디지털 시안을 제공하고 대량 생산은 15–25일에 완료합니다.
