OEM / ODM

Two ways to work with us

OEM: you send artwork and a spec, we produce to it exactly. Your file, your copyright, your brand on the carton.

ODM: you pick from our catalogue and change size, frame, colour or packaging. Roughly 70% of our first orders start here, because a buyer wants to test the quality before committing to a custom design.

What can be customised

Size — any dimension up to 120×180 cm on canvas; smaller pieces cut to order
Frame — unframed roll, pine stretch bar, PS floater, aluminium, or a shadow box
Colour — matched to a pantone number, a fabric swatch or a physical sample
Surface — matte canvas, gloss crystal porcelain, textured linen
Packaging — retail box with your artwork, barcode, warning label, hang tag, or plain export carton
Hardware — hanging system to your market’s norms

The four steps

Artwork or reference — JPG, PDF, AI or PSD at 150 dpi or above. No file? Send a reference image and our designer rebuilds it.
Digital proof in 24–48 h — you approve colour, size, frame and packaging before we cut a metre of canvas.
Sample in 5–7 days — couriered to you. Sample fee refunded against the bulk order.
Bulk in 15–25 days — cartons labelled to your spec, loading photos and container list sent before departure.

Minimums

Ten pieces per design for canvas and crystal porcelain, twenty for LED and diamond painting. Mixed designs are accepted against a 50-piece total. For a fully custom design with your own artwork, the minimum is 50 pieces per size — below that the setup cost makes the unit price unrealistic for both of us.

Files and rights

You keep every right to what you send. We never resell a custom design, never list it in our catalogue, and never show it in our portfolio without written permission. An NDA can be signed before you send the file.

Private label

We print your brand on cartons, insert cards, hang tags and the canvas selvedge from 500 units. Barcode and market-specific warning text are applied at our packing station, so the carton arrives retail-ready.
